When Minister Joe Wright was asked to open the new session of the Kansas Senate, everyone was expecting the usual generalities, but this is what they heard:

Even though the groundhog saw his shadow I am still looking ahead to spring.

I love puffy sleeve... I try and find shirts with sleeves that are puffy all the time, and don't have much luck. I am so excited about these old navy t-shirts in eVeRy CoLor... I think they will be my motivation to clean out my closet. I think this spring I should sport a version of the 'everyday Jennifer Aniston tank top and jeans' look, with my puff sleeve top in all the colors.

Michael Phelps was forced to apologize after photographs of smoking post were made public. Phelps said:

And then her sister Ashley, come out on her blog blasting society's obsession with pin-thin frames. She say "All women come in different shapes, sizes, and forms and just because you're a celebrity, there shouldn't be a different standard...How can we expect teenage girls to love and respect themselves in an environment where we criticize a size 2 figure?" This coming from someone that had Plastic Surgery and a eating disorder.

My response to that is: it is because of Celebrities that we think size 2 is the only thing that is "beautiful"(not really but you know what I mean). It is their own fault, celebrities that is, they are the ones that are starving themselves and that are pin-thin and giving all our kids and ourselves complexes... They put it out there that this is their "body type"(super skinny). So, of course when they look different or Healthy we all want to talk about it, and maybe say that they have gained weight. This is only because of them and what we were told was their 'body type', the reason why they stay so thin. BULL its not your 'body type', admit it-you don't eat! (this is to all celebs)

So Celebs STOP BEING ANOREXIC and we will STOP talking about weight.

So, a little while ago I got this Nivea Goodbye Cellulite to try, but knowing me I only lasted a few days doing it.

Well, this time I am really going to try and put it on every night to see if there are great results. You know Summer is not to far away girls!:)

It's been 3 days and my skin feels really soft and a little firmer. I will up date you after two weeks.

Try it with me! Its cheep at the drug store. I think it was around $16. Let me know how you like it.

WhAt CooKin'??

We are having some yummy BBQ Chicken tonight in our home. If you haven't found or heard of this blog before you have to check it out, it call Picky Palate
I have made this BBQ Chicken a lot in our home...its a hit. Both my husband and I do not like Coleslaw BUT the recipe she has for it and the fact that you but it on top of the chicken makes it SOOOO YUMMY!! Try it out:
Homemade Finger Licking BBQ Sauce
1 ½ Cups ketchup

3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

4 Tablespoons worstershire sauce

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 ½ Tablespoons lemon juice

4 Tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

1 teaspoon honey

Pinch of salt

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (I pressure cook mine)

Simple Coleslaw

16 oz bag of coleslaw mix

½ Cup mayonnaise or miracle whip

2 Tablespoons sugar

1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

1 teaspoon honey

Whole wheat dinner rolls, I used Alpine Valley (they were awesome, found them at Costco)

1. Combine all ingredients into a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring often. Reduce heat to low and stir in shredded chicken. Let simmer.

2. Place cabbage into a large bowl. Place mayonnaise, sugar, mustard and honey into a small bowl and mix together. Pour and stir into cabbage until combined.

3. Spoon BBQ chicken onto bottom rolls. Top with a spoonful of coleslaw then close with top rolls. Enjoy!
